Frequently asked questions.

How does mobile PT work?

Tiny Tots Therapy comes to you! We are a direct pay private practice that addresses issues and concerns early on and meet you where you need us most – at your home, daycare, or community setting. A full physical therapy evaluation will be performed, and you will be provided with individualized treatment plans to address your child’s developmental needs.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No, Maryland allows patients to have direct access to physical therapy.

Do you accept insurance?

Tiny Tots Therapy is a Direct Pay practice and an Out-of-Network provider. I will provide families with a superbill following each session that will contain the necessary information and codes needed to submit for insurance reimbursement. Every insurance plan is different and it is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to starting services to determine your out-of-network benefits.

This approach allows me to focus on treating your child and providing the best one-on-one care. It provides me with more flexibility in scheduling so I can begin seeing your child quickly without waiting for insurance approval and authorization. All costs are provided upfront. You will not receive any unexpected bills from Tiny Tots Therapy.

What areas do you service?

Tiny Tots Therapy LLC proudly serves families in Howard County and parts of Baltimore, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties.

What ages do you see?

I see patients birth to 18 years.

When is the best time to start services?

It is usually best to start services as soon as possible. Parents and caregivers know their children best. If you have a concern, don’t hesitate to reach out with an email or phone call.
